Reju Spa Niseko welcomes qualified spa therapists to join our seasonal team each winter (December–March) in the heart of Japan’s top ski destination. Located inside The Vale Niseko, our spa is a quiet sanctuary for guests seeking deep relaxation after a day on the slopes.

 

★ Why Reju Spa?

Unlike busy resort spas, Reju offers an exclusive setting with a maximum of three guests at a time—ensuring calm, privacy, and quality for both guests and therapists.
Our name, 若返庵 (Wakagaeri-an), means “Hermitage of Rejuvenation”, reflecting our commitment to personalised, restorative care.

You’ll work with natural oils and Sothys Paris, providing high-standard treatments to a refined international clientele in a serene, professional environment.

 

✧ What We Offer

• Monthly salary: ¥270,000–¥320,000, depending on experience

• 25% extra pay for shifts after 22:00

• Subsidized staff accommodation (walking distance to spa & Hirafu)

• End-of-season bonus

• Paid training on products and treatment protocols

• Travel allowance for those commuting from outside Hirafu

◇ Who We’re Looking For

• Valid Working Holiday Visa or permission to work in Japan

• 2+ years of massage or spa experience

• Friendly, reliable, and guest-focused

• English-speaking (Japanese a bonus)
